After a lot of experimenting over the years, I have finally found what works for me and have become an online health and fitness coach so I can share this gift with others. I work out daily at home and run online challenge groups to keep challengers accountable and supported. I meal prep every weekend so I have time to get my workouts in everyday and I love to eat so really enjoy creating and sharing meal prep successes.
When I first started this blog, I thought I knew how to eat healthy and followed the 80/20 eating rule, but to be honest I was really eating 70/30 because every weekend my husband and I went off the rails by eating out quite a bit, and then we would get back on track every week. We were spinning our wheels ruining all of our progress each weekend and not getting the results we wanted. We do still enjoy going out, but we don’t do it as often and we are self-proclaimed foodie and beer connoisseurs that do not waste calories on things that do no truly taste fantastic!
Here, you will find some older recipes categorized by work night bites and weekend bites from my non-meal prep days, but the new format is built for meal prep and I’ll be posting more workout related items and opportunities to join me.
